John Driscoll Promoted to Southeastern Regional Manager of Mobile and Powersports at Maxxsonics

LIBERTYVILLE, IL (01.18.23) – Effective Monday, January 16th, 2023, John Driscoll will be promoted from Regional Sales Manager to Southeastern Regional Manager of Mobile and Powersports at Maxxsonics. John’s main focus will be on planning territory development, traveling the territory to build new business opportunities, and developing new distribution partners to better service the southeastern region.

John has been a car audio hobbyist since 1986 and started participating in-car audio events in 1987, going on to IASCA Finals in 1990, 1991, and 1992. John grew to Sales, in the consumer electronics industry, with Quality Auto Sound in 1991 and graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (Marketing) degree.

Being one of the first in the nation to be certified as “MECP Installer First Class,” John worked for several CE retailers, including Audio Express, Circuit City, and Ultimate Electronics. In 1997, he started with Current Marketing as a manufacturer’s rep for car and home electronics and continued until 2009, when he became a National Sales Manager for Cerwin-Vega Mobile. In 2012, John entered the Powersports industry with the Arthur Fulmer Companies (Memphis Car Audio and Fulmer Helmets). In 2020 John joined Maxxsonics and is looking to extend his outreach of product knowledge and industry experience with his promotion from Regional Sales Manager to Southeastern Regional Manager of Mobile and Powersports.

Highland Park Strong and Maxxsonics Joining with Support Towards the Cooper Roberts Family Fundraiser

LIBERTYVILLE, IL (08.02.22) Maxxsonics is joining with support towards the Cooper Roberts Family Fundraiser. The friends of the Roberts family have created this fundraiser on GoFundMe. Cooper’s spinal cord was severed and he has had many surgeries and now has been upgraded to a serious condition. The doctors have determined that he will be paralyzed from the waist down and has been in and out of consciousness and continually sedated due to the severe pain.

On the Highland Park cause and Cooper Roberts Family Fundraiser, Alden Stiefel, President of Maxxsonics, mentioned, “Here at Maxxsonics, we look to support those in need any way we possibly can. With the tragic events that occurred over the 4th of July weekend, I am filled with great sadness and look to contribute aid and support to the Cooper Roberts Family Fundraiser any way I can. Maxxsonics Welcomes Chris Bennett

LIBERTYVILLE, IL (05.08.22) – Effective Wednesday, May 4, Chris Bennett will be joining Maxxsonics as a National Sales Manager. Chris will be adding more growth and company outreach while driving sales in 2022 and beyond.

Mark Lieber Leads Maxxsonics for the Ukranian Cause

LIBERTYVILLE, IL (03.30.22) – On April 7th Mark is heading to Záhony, Hungary, to help his friend Slaven and his group take care of refugees. Maxxsonics USA Appoints Vice President General Manager

CHICAGO, IL (02.19.2020) – Effective February 11th of the new decade, Alden Stiefel, President and CEO of Maxxsonics USA, announced that Maxx Stiefel will be promoted to Vice President General Manager. Maxx came to the company after receiving his Finance degree from Tulane University and then his MBA from Chicago’s DePaul University, Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.

Through the past several years, Stiefel has been in the role of Director of Project Management, managing engineering, tech support, and supporting roles in operations and finance. In his new role, Maxx will be overseeing many aspects of the company’s business initiatives. In addition, he will continue working with our oversea vendors and will continue his main focus on project management with new products and ISO overview.
